Art of the Day
Art of the Day began as a simple experiment: sharing tiles and paint combinations on social media as daily “story” posts. During the pandemic, while working at a hardware store selling tiles and studying design, I discovered a fascination with creating daily material concepts inspired by the objects and textures around me.
Over time, the project evolved. It became less about tiles and more about noticing the small, often overlooked moments that could be considered art. Capturing a good shot—even as a non-professional photographer—became part of the process, adding a playful challenge to each day. What I found funny, beautiful, or unusual in everyday life became my Art of the Day. Friends, family, and followers began sending me their own interpretations, each subjective and unique.
For me, Art of the Day is about embracing the spontaneous, playful, and ephemeral beauty in daily life—celebrating the little moments that might otherwise go unnoticed.
