Café Boutique - Peanuts or Bretzels?

The coffee shop culture and travel is a throw back in time when commercial air travel was just beginning. Inspired by the first travel airline PanAm, we meet ourself in a chic-retro with reference to travel items.

The coffee shop is divided into four zones. The first one is the travel sharing zone. Central the service zone in proximity with the shopping zone with seating across the long set of windows. A second booth to sit with big groups or small groups. The service counter is the main element of the café. It’s shape is inspired by bar counter you’ll find in the first-class section. The porthole wall divides the employee space with the customer space adding a design touch. The intention of the material was extensively researched, making this place very unique.
